Micro Workshops

  • Typically will be between 1~2 days, where half of the time will be spent on the framework and application of the framework tools, and the other half will be over a specific example within the organization.

Mini Projects

  • Will range between 6~10 weeks, depending on complexity of project. AI-assisted job map creation wth limited survey participants (less than 300).

  • Depends on nature/complexity of project scope, number of survey participants, geographic location, etc.

Macro Projects

  • Will range from 12~20 weeks, depending on nature/complexity of project. AI-assisted plus verification and additional jobs (including related, emotional) collected, with expanded survey participants (up to 1,000) and full statistical analysis including segmentation. Additional services (including training and development, innovation management services, and implementation and execution services) also available.
